Ms. Connell provides support to The Spofford Group executives and Client Servicing Team, as well as managing the day-to-day office operations. Providing support and document review in the renewal process, Tiffany ensures that communication and process flow between The Spofford Group, carriers and clients is timely and consistent from submission to policy issuance. She also supports The Spofford Group clients’ claims process.
Before joining The Spofford Group, Tiffany held numerous corporate administrative support roles over the course of 25 years. Her various roles of expertise have spanned over law, engineering and finance corporate settings.
