Tracy Fredey
Insurance Specialist
Ms. Fredey is responsible for managing and tracking all phases of the client renewal process gathering pertinent information in preparation of submission to insurance carriers regarding new and/ or renewal coverage. Tracy prepares client insurance summaries based on the client’s specific needs which she achieves through a high amount of communication between the client and The Spofford Team and diligent attention to detail to ensure excellent client relations.
Before joining the Spofford Group Client Services team, Tracy was the Business Coordinator for LifePlus Insurance in Marshfield, MA where she was responsible for the day to day financial operations of the company. Tracy also worked closely with the sales team and clients to coordinate enrollment schedules, proposals and presentations, and data maintenance of client files.
Tracy attended Katharine Gibbs, graduating from their Information Processing program. She is a licensed insurance professional and has over 20 years’ experience in office administration, sales and management experience.
In addition to helping her clients, she is committed to helping her community and is currently focusing those efforts wherever there is a need for support.
